I visited Kolors Hair & Skin Clinic, Bhimavaram On 7th December, The Staff continuously explained and influenced me for over 3.5 hours to take a package worth 1, 10, 000, and further insisted on taking another 20, 000 package using emotional influence and repeating convincing. I agreed under pressure and confusion, not voluntarily.
A loan was created through Bajaj Finserv without properly explaining terms, and I realized the mistake immediately.
On 8th December morning, I clearly informed Kolors that i wanted to cancel the package and loan, but they repeatedly told me "no cancellation policy" and refused to cooperate.
I requested a dealer cancellation letter(required by bajaj for loan cancellation), but Kolors refused to provide any written or email confirmation, making it impossible for me to cancel the loan.
I paid ₹700 for consultation and ₹13, 900 as down payment. I only took one basic trial session which does not justify the package cost. No actual treatment worth the amount was provided.
Because the dealer is refusing to cooperate, I am unable to complete Bajaj Finserv loan cancellation. I am not taking any further treatment and I cannot pay such high EMIs.
This is a clear case of
mis-selling
manipulation
emotional influence
refusal to provide cancellation support
forcing high value loan on the customer
I request immediate action to:
1.cancel the package completed
2. Direct Kolors to issue cancellation confirmation via email.
3.help in cancelling bajaj loan
4.ensure refund of my down payment 13900
5.prevent Kolors from forcing further EMIs or treatments
