Kolors — Misrepresentation and misleading, kyc misuse

We visit Kolors on[protected] for enquiry in Nellore Branch, Ap. Later, one lady come and said their high package we know that I can't afford that much amount. When I rejected their offer, Her name is Gayatri. She started misleading us very nicely without doubting. She said that just send your adhar card and pan card and OTp s for only CIBil verification. Actually I don't know about EMI process. After without proper explanation she started us to signing on the documents and photo and selfies, no loan agreement copy was never given.Bajaj and EZ finanz also doing fraud things. Without proper explanation they approved our Loan based on Cibil verification. Kolors staff does this fraud things to the innocent people. Now we don't take any service from Kolors. Ez finanz and Bajaj harrassing us for EMI, without service. When I raised my voice they are trying to blame us. But I am afraid. . I send multiplie calls and emails still they didn't give proper response. We are suffering because of them . My interviews has been missing. And I am unemploye. Health issues and harrasment are continuing. Kolors staff branch manager stated that take treatment or Pay EMI without no service. We want loan cancellation and refund 5k . They took money under Zero down payment. Now they said no Zero down payment when I asking why didn't you take 5k. They said now refund is not our history. I need you help . I want loan cancellation . My mother and I cheated by Kolor'S. Another thing EZ finanz gave loan under my name and same loan ID linking to her account without consent. Even they know they didn't do cancellation and treatning us about Cibil score and Bajaj using my mother previous details without her consent. Without proper explanation. They didn't explain anything verbally . They didn't check income and field verification even though they mentioned on the call. Now EZ finanz representative Ms.Chandrika stated that we just tell field verification. We actually don't do . They are doing fraud things using people innocence and they are choosing middle class families.
