Kolors — Need to cancel my Bajaj emi

Im devi, joined in kolors since 2 months, im taking 40000 emi, paid 2 installment, i, e 16000(down payment +2months emi)due to my health issues and personal problems im unable to attend kolors treatment, i requested so many times to cancel my bajaj emi, with any charges as per company terms and conditions. But they don't listen, simply say ok ok ...im so disappointed 😞 😔 in kolors please resolve my problem with kolors .
