[Resolved] Kolors — Not returning money | |||
I am a r dilli kumar, i came to kolors health care india pvt ltd office in rajahmundry for hair treatment on 21.02.2020 and paid an advance amount of rs.1000/- and on the same day they called me more than 50times and convinced me to pay another 14000/- to get treatment. And again they called me so many times for balance amount before giving any treatment. On 29.02.2020 i have paid the balance amount of rs.25000/-. After that no one taken care about me. After i asked seriously for treatment one day they gave hair wash treatment only. As per the govt rules the total country is in lock down from march 22, 2020. Due to covid-19 the treatment was not taken place. Now i want to cancel the treatment due to some personal reasons/their way of treating customer is not good. Hence i request them to refund the amount to me to pay some commitments during lock down time. No one give response to me. Kindly consider my request genuinely and do favorably.
