I have paid for coolsculpting procedure. Instead of placing the probes for 30-40 mins they were placed only for 20 mins. And post treatment massage was not done. Counselling was not done. 8 probes were promised to be places on thighs but only 6 probes were placed. Lower back and banana of the buttock was not covered. Im a doctor and I know how the treatment works. When I asked about this the team is not picking up my call and not reverting my messages. Was this information helpful? | |||

Is someone responding from the team. Tambaram team is the worst. Doesnt reply or pick up my calls. Why you people have customer service support when you donot respond. Instead of having a service centre you might as well close. What you people are doing to the public is equal to a robbery. I donot understand why you people propagating such a bad treatment option when you dont know anything about that...!!!

I'm keeping you posted that I'm going for legal actions against kolors. I'm not getting any proper response from the center as well.. I have full video and audio communications between me and the center. Worst service ever.
