Your not treating your staff as they want to be treated show some compassion and have concern bout your staff .Your corporate clinic is not an emergency dept. and tat doesn’t need 24/7 service stop treating your staff as machine pressuring them to work without a break. We are humans think wisely everyone have a life of their own respect it.
