Kolors — Request for full refund and complaint regarding services failure at Kolors T. Nagar Branch

Dear Kolors Management Team,

I am Ramya Dhanasekaran from Chennai, and I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the services provided by your T. Nagar branch. My experience has not only resulted in financial losses amounting to Rs. 2, 30, 000 but has also caused physical and emotional distress due to unmet expectations and lack of proper service.

On 20th December 2024, I enrolled in your slimming service by paying Rs. 40, 000 for the basic package, where I was assured a weight reduction of 10-15 kg within four months. However, I was subsequently persuaded

on 4th January 2025 to opt for the premium Cryo treatment package, which promised significant weight reduction and inch loss within 30 days. I paid an additional Rs. 75, 000 for this package.

In addition, On Jan 12th 2025 I paid Rs. 1, 10, 000 for an under-eye filler treatment based on the recommendation of Kranthi Kumar (HOD), who assured me that this would help reduce puffiness under my eyes.

Despite my adherence to the prescribed diet and my provision of necessary health reports for appropriate treatment, I have not seen any results in either the weight loss program or the filler treatment over the last four months.

Key Concerns
Lack of Accountability and Service Orientation

Dr. Monika and Dr. Maha Lakshmi demonstrated irresponsibility and unprofessionalism during the filler treatment, failing to address my concerns or deliver results.

The Dr. Monika/Mahalakshmi, along with others, showed disinterest in resolving issues and focused more on upselling additional services rather than achieving the promised outcomes.

Inadequate Facilities at the T. Nagar Branch

Essential instruments required for treatments were often unavailable, forcing clients to wait for rooms or equipment to be made ready.

Massages, which were supposed to be a significant component of the slimming program, lasted only 5-10 minutes. This reflected a clear lack of interest from staff like Viveka in ensuring client satisfaction.

False Promises and Refund Process

The advertisements falsely portray Kolors as a reliable solution for weight loss and beauty treatments. My experience has been far from this promise.

I was informed that a refund, if approved, would take up to three months and would only cover a limited amount. Despite my repeated requests to have the refund amount detailed in writing, no one from the team has reached out. I find myself frequently chasing the team for follow-ups, which adds to my frustration.

Inappropriate Suggestions

Instead of addressing my core concerns, I was asked to join Zumba sessions, which is unacceptable and irrelevant to the services I had enrolled in.

This experience has left me both physically and financially strained. I feel deceived and am deeply disappointed with the lack of accountability, care, and professionalism from the T. Nagar branch team.

Request for Resolution
I demand a full refund of Rs. 2, 25, 000, as the services provided have completely failed to meet the promised outcomes. Additionally, I request immediate action to address this complaint, including a written confirmation of the refund process, timeline, and refund amount.

I expect a prompt response to restore trust in your organization and ensure that no other client has to go through a similar experience.
