[Resolved] Kolors — under eye treatment | |
I did take the under eye treatment in kolors btm layout branch in february 2020. I'm really not happy with the 1st session and don't want to continue further. Im looking to get refund amount. I have called numerous times to customer care. A person called and he advised someone will call back. He is blocked my number now. Is this good customer service. I'm so disappointing. When i called the branch there are like no refund. They are like continue with the sessions. When i'm really not happy to continue. I simply wasted my money. 35k isn't a joke. I couldn't get in touch because if lockdown and all. I hope something can be done. I get my refund back soon. Was this information helpful? | |
