I spent Rs. 50000 on a skin treatment and Rs. 30000 on Botox. It was promised that I will have clear skin in three months, but after five months of therapy, my skin was three times darker than before treatment. I was completely dissatisfied with my treatment, so I sought the advice of another doctor, and within a month, I received excellent results. After enduring the pain of skin treatment, I decided not to take any chances and declined Botox treatment, instead requesting payment.
When I asked for my refund, one of the employees Kavya refused to give me her name and yelled at me that she would file a complaint against me.

I don't want to take any chances with my suffering during therapy, thus I'd need my money back. Please comprehend my financial situation and assist me in resolving the problem.
