Komparify — amount deducted but bill of electricity didn't paid

I paid elec bill of ₹750 of pspcl
Consumer no.
On 3/3/20 at 22:10.

But still it's showing pending at pspcl end..
It's not fair..

Always komparify people says it's successful.. If it's successful then why it's showing pending at pspcl end.
Kindly either refund me or make my bill paid.
I had attached screenshot of both pspcl and komparify.
