Komparify.com — about lost money of dth recharge

Sir i have recharged 1404 rupees sundirect recharge of card nor [protected] of kannada value pack on 23/4/2019. But till now my dth is recharged yet. I have made payment through your web address. I got message that the money had sent to cheeni labs private limited which i have made payment through your web address.. So please take serious response by either recharging my dth or refunding my money back
