Payment of 749 for sundirect dth was made on 14.11.18, still activation code has not been received for installation of dth.

No response from komparify team. Many feeback is sent to them. Pls activate or refund the money back

After seeing in consumer complaints.in i have found that many have faced the same situation. If they are not really giving discount and not able to co-ordinate with the dth distributor or service provider, why should they maintain a site like this?
There is not even a customer support no to address these issue. Complete fake site. Pls do not use this for any kind of recharge. Better to spend more without discount and pay in the service provider's site directly

I have tried to recharge my Dth sundirect for 6 months pack and cost was 1300 and it's not been recharged and it's added to recharge points but i can't do any other recharge with that also I can't recharge my tneb or anything so I need my money back but they are not refunding please I need my money back please
