Komparify — Gold sell is too late

Komparify has not sold my gold yet, since 6 days I am checking everyday but till now I have not given money in my upi. If I do not get money till tomorrow, I will delete this app. There is a limit to wait, it is going to be 8 days, for the above sold one has to wait for 3 days. i hate
