Komparify — Gold Selling amount not credited to bank account.

I sold digital Gold on one week back but i did not get money to account. I prefer bank transfer to credit gold selling amount. After three days of payment I send mails to supporting team. They replied me to that i send wrong union bank of india IFSC code. But send right UBI IFSC code.Later I send paytm payments bank account details and they replied that they facing transaction issue with that bank account. So, Later I send my friends hdfc bank account then didn't give any reply till know about payment. I send lot of mails but they did responding for my mails. Please do the needful.
