[Resolved] Komparify — Gold selling amount not transferred into my bank account

After selling my gold komparify will take max. 3-4 days to transfer payment into your upi id but I have sold my gold at 3 aug 2022 and still my amount not transferred, I have raised complaint so many times but no response from komparify. Was this information helpful? No (3) Yes (6)

Aug 18, 2022 Updated by Yatender chaudhary It’s not resolved yet so why it’s showing as a resolved Verified Support Aug 19, 2022 Komparify Customer Care's response HI Yatender, For the provided gold sell order_id<[protected]> the sale confirmed and the transfer inititated on 19th August2022 to the provided UPI_Id it may take 3 to 4 working days to reflect on the account. If the amount not received after 5 days kindly mail to support[at]komparify[dot]com thanks
