Komparify — Gold selling issue last 15 days

I am buy digital gold..and trying to sell digital gold last 15 days but still failed.many times complent customer care not response..less gold transction iam do but no use same problem came

The above error occurs when the conversion between grams and rupees is not as per the agreed calculation. So kindly retry with the lesser grams which is available in your digital gold wallet.

Kindly retry as Two Transactions as half and half amount.
