[Resolved] Komparify — Issue with selling digital gold

Hi I have sold gold of worth rs 6996 for which the order is[protected]. The order was placed successfully but amount was not reflecting in my account. It was stated that amount will be reflected with in 3 days of transaction. After 3 days the transaction cancelled stating that due to unverified UPI I'd it was not transferred . I have sent the verified I'd via sending mails on [protected]@komparify.com but no one is responding properly. Kindly help me with this issue +1 photos Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Komparify customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support May 16, 2022 Komparify Customer Care's response Hi Naren, Due to technical issue UPI bank transfer has been failed, and we had re-iniated the same on 16th may, and it may take 3 to 4 working days to reflect on the account. We had re-initiated the same on 16th may which is showing as sucess. Kindly mail the bank statement which is mapped with UPI, So that we can check the same, Kindly mail to support[at]komparify[dot]com.
