Komparify — My account is disabled

I made an recharge bymistake that is 9000 the money is refunded as recharge points I used them to purchase Croma gift card but it is not processed and I got again refund as recharge points and yesterday again I purchased then also again it is pending later when I tried to login it is showing that my account is disabled.
