[Resolved]  Komparify — Payment not received

I transfer my gold sale amount of 460 rs on 26 augst 2022 sale was confirmed but i havent recieved the amount yet.when i mail them they said only one thing it will take 3-4 working days but 6 days completed and Havent recieved the amount please help..
