Komparify — Refund not received

I made a payment of Rupees 8862 on 4th July, 2023 to purchase digital gold on Komparify app using Amazon pay balance. My Amazon pay balance money got deducted but transaction is showing pending and failed. Please help me to get the refund. I tried to contact Komparify support team so many times but they are not replying.

Sorry for the inconvenience, you can contact [protected]@komparify.com anytime with the order details regarding your issue. Gold purchases at times due to server issues gets stuck and this may be the cause of delay.
