I made a payment of Rupees 8862 on 4th July, 2023 to purchase digital gold on Komparify app using Amazon pay balance. My Amazon pay balance money got deducted but transaction is showing pending and failed. Please help me to get the refund. I tried to contact Komparify support team so many times but they are not replying.
