Komparify — refund of money

I tried to make payment of electricity bill through this website. The transaction has failed. I applied for a refund but there is no reply from the customer care. The amount is huge approx 8500 inr. I need the money back but there is no way of contacting them apart from email and they do not reply back. Try to understand as it is a huge amount and if not returned it will be problematic to me.

Komparify ke duara Maine paytm see Amazon pay Maine money transfer ki but amount received nahi hua paytm main see bhi amount cut gya
