4 days ago from the komparify i purchased disgital gold . My order id is[protected]. now I am going to sell it, even after the 96 hours it failed everytime tried it many times but everytime it failed I request you to resolve it quickly...i purchased gold on 27/01/2022. Komparify customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Jan 31, 2022 Komparify Customer Care's response Gold sale can be processed only after 4days from the time of gold purchase. The Minimum amount to sell the gold is Rs 100 for bank transfer. To sell the gold click on the below link (https://recharge.komparify.com/digital_gold/sell_gold ) Enter either the amount or Gold-in grams (which is available in your digital account balance.) Transfer of digital gold is not happening, Despite giving correct bank account and IFSC code they say that the account number and IFSC code is not correct, it's been 3 days still not able to take the amount Order id[protected], please send me the money or else I will complaint to cybercrime.
