[Resolved]  Komparify — Regarding gold sell problem on komparify app

I sold gold worth 4238.29Rs
And transaction of gold selling got failed.

But money haven't been credit back to my gold
Account

This is gold sell transaction.[protected]

I have mailed them almost 10 times in different days but there isn't any reply from them

I am very disappointed now.

Gold initiated and the amount added was also initiated to the bank transfer on 04-Dec-2021. It may take 3 to 4 working days to reflect on the source proivded account, If you have any issue kindly mail support[at]komparify[dot]com

I'm not able to sell sold gold in my account it is showing like this and zero values.im very disappointed to see this type of things.

But it doesn't shown in balance and I can't sell the gold
