Hi Am Purchased Gold on 26/12/2021. Now am Unable to Sell Gold. I need My Money Immediately. They always shows 96hrs. It's already 13 days are Completed. Still am Not get any Proper Response. Am sent many Mails to Komaparify. But No use. Please Give my Money Back.

The order_id which you had provided is the transaction details of the gold which you had purchased. And we see that current gold balance is 0.6560gms, And we see there is no transaction which you had tried to sell. Kindly sell the gold, to process the settlement.
