Hi Vikram here yesterday morning i sell the gold my order no is[protected].still i didn't recieved the money 1460.02 rs I drop few emails also but they not replying my emails they avoiding me .i kindly request you pls look into it and do the needful ASAP.its already more then 12hours past I didn't received any money

Komparify Customer Care's response HI Afreen,
Fund transfer initiated is in a pending state from the bank-end. If the payment is confirmed as a success, the amount will get automatically transferred to the bank account which you had given.
If it is in failure the amount will get automatically added in your digital gold wallet.
The process may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the account.
