Komparify — Sold Digital gold worth 638 rupees but got no money credited in paytm wallet

I sold digital gold on komparify and after selling i got a mail saying that transaction got failed due to invalid bank details but i had selected paytm wallet as MONEY to be credited in but still don't got my money and after this i have sent them mails but got no reply from there side my order id is[protected]
Please give my money
