Komparify — Sold Gold. But payment not received

I sold gold on Komparify and sold it after 96 hours.But instead of crediting amount to my bank account, they sent me a mail telling me I have wrong account details.so I cross checked it multiple times and found ACCOUNT DETAILS WERE CORRECT.SO I mailed them again with different bank account ..But no response..Can't see gold in wallet..Gold is gone.Money is gone.Customer support is gone.This is not done.
