[Resolved] Komparify — Unable to digital sell gold on komaparify?

Hello,

I am unable to sell my digital gold of amount 6112rs, whenever i try to sell it shows zero balance of gold in my account which is not true. I have reached their customer care team but no reply arrived. Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible as i am in an urgent need of cash.

Komparify Customer Care's response Hi,

Gold sales can be processed only after 4 days from the time of gold purchase.
The Minimum amount to sell the gold is Rs 100 for bank transfer. To sell the gold click on the below link
(https://recharge.komparify.com/digital_gold/sell_gold )

Enter either the amount or Gold-in grams (which is available in your digital account balance.)

Thereafter to transfer the amount to the bank account enter the valid bank beneficiary details. It may take 5 to 6 working days to reflect in the bank account.

If still the issue persists kindly mail us with the snapshot of the error so that we can check and help you much better
