Koncept Mahindra Noida — Late Delivery

I booked My KUV100 K4+ on 6 March and the expected delivery date was 2 May. It is almost 4 month and still i am struggling to get my Car.

In between i got many call to change the model/Color of my booked car.
One month back i got a call for the delivery of my car. they informed me that the car is available, Please submit the cheque of down payment and also start Loan process.

I did the same, amount has been processed from my account also the loan has been disbursed. After that i got the call that the car is still not available for me.

Before down payment, i used to get 1-2 call in every week, but now i used to call them, no proper response from their side. every time they used to give me a date with 100% confidence, but after that the same response that the car is not available.

It's very strange to know that from last 4 month, Mahindra has not delivered my car. Or it may be possible that my car had came to showroom but was delivered to another person who is known to the staff or has given extra money for fast delivery.

If this is very common with the customer of mahindra, than i advice you to shut down your showroom who are making false promise to take the booking and the money from the customer. I will create very wrong image of mahindra in front of the customer.
