Konduskar — ticket cancelled money not refunded

This is related to refund of my cancelled ticket on 3rd january 2020. It was booked on my name, komal narvekar. Bus was cancelled by konduskar travels, person from konduskar travels had called and told that ticket amount will be refunded in 7 working days. But still we haven't received. Its been one and half month now had called many times in customer care service department they are saying call after some time trying to avoid calls
