Unable to partially cancel one seat out of 5 seats booked

I had booked 5 seats for a journey. I now wish to cancel one seat out of it. However, I am not able to do so on the website of Konduskar. I called their office, but they said that since I made the booking online, they won't be able to help in this. In short, I am not able to exercise my right to partial cancellation.     I booked ur travel 00.25 at kalamboli panvel on 23 rd dec 2023 but not yet received . I want to cancel my ticket so i want refund

      I booked the ticket through konduskar website on 27th Oct 2023 and through UPI and the payment has gone, but i did not get any ticket confirmation and from my side the bank has sent me a message payment is deducted and i have the screenshot for the same and bank message.

        Was traveling form Aurangabad to Kolhapur
        There is ac leakage on seat
        And bus is full so they dnt provided with another seat nor we got place to sleep
        How person can sleep on wet ac leakage seat
        Are we paying so much amount for this type of traveling

          Bus tracking not working
          Very bad
          2 times I travel by Konduskar, both time bus tracking is not working
          Given a message to the driver still not working
          Very worst experience
          In future, I will not use Konduskar

            Driver started bus before pickup time.
            Even after booking ticket online, driver didn’t wait for us passengers.
            Please take serious action on driver as well as staff.

              Bus Details To Pune3. :45 PM
              Bus No-GJ01ET3655

              AC in the bus is not working. Blower is also slow as we started a journey from Sangli. The manager knew all about this but send the bus as it is. You are taking AC bus charges but not giving proper service to passengers.
              Secondly driver is also driving bus in tension as he has responsibility of 56 passengers. It is not correct. All passengers are in trouble and in conjusted position. We have to travel 5 hours not 1 hour. By considering this it is your duty to maintain buses or additional buses and maintenance can be done.

                  Today 11 april 2023 .. booking from sangli to mumbai ...for two passanger .1 male ..1 female.. departure time 9.30pm .. One passenger come 3 min late ..The driver scolded us very rudely for arriving three minutes late. the driver and the other person threaten female pasanger ..The driver and his companion abused the female passenger and threatened her to leave the bus using very abusive language.

                    Today I travel by bus of konduskar travel vehicle no MH 09 CA4020. Bus time is 8 am to 6.10 pm at Aurangabad . My dropping point is shirur and they drop me at shirur at 5.00 Pm . Which is very lengthy and horrible journey . All are other passengers were get off at Pune and only me and my child were there in bus. Dont know why but they stops more than 45 mins in Pune I think to get passengers. The AC WERE OFF. Which was really very an annoying. And also the forgot us the restaurant where they took lunch break at near Satara . This is very irresponsible. Thankfully that hotel manager stops the bus . Very bad, horrible experience. I will never ever travel with konduskar travels.

                      Issue: I was peeing with permission from driver in between Pune and Ahmednagar at 4.20am. At this odd time, bus left me and started without picking me up. While I called driver he made me walk in such odd time for 3 kms.
                      If this incidence happens with kids or ladies who will be responsible if something unusual happens with them?
                      My boarding point was Kolhapur and Destination was Aurangabad.

                        Respected authority. Me and my wife travel from kolhapur to nsk on 29 dec at 9 pm bus . The driver was so rhud that, he stopped bus for urination in open place. When i asked him to stop bus where the wash room available, for ledies its difficult. But he replied that this bus is nota a picnic bus. I m not understand what mean to say. Dr wani from nsk

                                I am booking on 29/08/22 online ticket from kolhapur to aurangabad for the date 30/08/22 my money was debited from account and ticket not booked. I had greeting mail from konduskar travels that please complete your transaction and gave PNR NO -879704
                                I contact my bank and they show me money is received to konduskar travels.
                                I am contacted your kolhapur office but they were not receiving my call. Please help me.
