Kone Elevators — Cancelled the elevator but no refund provided 9 months

I have cancelled my kone elevator service last year July 2020 but no refund received even after repeated communications in Bangalore. I am very unhappy.

Same happened to me as well, Kone is acting like a goon in India and capturing customer money, I would request govt. to take action against it
