We have kone elevators service contract. Twice we have caught them lying about the repairs on the elevators. They told us that parts are needed at exorbitant prices and we have other elevator company come in and they got the elevator operable with out the parts that kone said were needed. We want out of the service contract. I do not know how they have have a license to work on elevators with such practises. Was this information helpful? |
