[Resolved] Koovs — cancellation of order of shoes

I am riding this to cancel the order placed on 13th august 2017 on the website koovs.com. The order id is 4006057. I used the option of cash on delivery and was supposed to pay rs. 1, 499 towards the purchase of harry sejal x koovs high ankle sneakers.
I am unable to access the order cancellation form due to no such service provided by it. I regret the inconvenience caused due to this.

I would like to inform you that, i had ordered a shoes of size [HECKLER Espadrilles with stripes(size UK-10/US-11, color: Navy/White) /350486] of Order No:4027347 and Date: Aug 23, 17, which is not of my size. So I would like to replace it with size (UK-9/US-10).
