I have purchased shoes on date[protected]order no:1602692) UK-4.I received the product on[protected] But the shoes was one size bigger and I placed an exchange request the same day.When I called in customer care he said the size UK-3 is available.After the exchange request the size was available.I have been calling them many times the answer was it will take more 3 days to place your order but when I called customer care today[protected]After 15 days the person is telling me the size is sold out.I am disappointed and unsatisfied with your service.This never happened with any order Online shopping App. Was this information helpful? | |||||
