[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — already product returned but no update from koovs | |||
Dear sir, I returned product on 19/9/20019, but still not update on it from koovs on it. They can’t give answer properly. I can’t got exchanged product after 10 days. I called customer care many times and also mailed on their id. But every time they said please wait for 24 hours. But still i don’t get any update on my product. My complain has been not solved yet. I not got any product in exchange and any update from koovs . They sent only mail to me that “they will try to solve problem”
So my problem was not resolved.
