I was looking for a dress on Koov's and found one that I liked, but it was a little pricey, so i added it to my cart, and thought that i'd decide about it later, as i had some work i needed to do.
Within 5 minutes, I got a call from the Koov's call center, and an employee who tried to get me to buy the dress. I told him i didn't want to make the decision in such a haste, amd he even offered a discount for it. I repeated my earlier statement, and the guy literally said "Ma'am I'll give you half an hour to decide, I think that's more than enough time". I told him that i couldn't possibly decide in half an hour, as he was in the middle of some work, and he again told me, that half an hour was enough time.
Tell your ****ing employees to not try to force customers into buying products, and not give us bloody ultimatums. You need to understand, that yours in not a need-based service, and that you cannot force your customers into making decisions about a purchase.
I am extremely disappointed that a company as established as Koov's would fall so much. Was this information helpful? |
