[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — customer care | |||
I've ordered a sweatshirt of size large. And i received the product. But the size was too large. So i exchanged with medium name. But in return i received the large size only. How would customer service so careless. I called to the customer care too. But the call couldn't connect. I mailed too, but no response. How careless. What should i do now?
