My name is Rana Mondal, residing at J-286, paharpur Road, kolkata 700024.
My order id:6231478
I have placed a order on 6th June, 2019, before that i checked the estimated delivery time as it shows 5-6 days.
Today is 15 th June 2019, still the product is not dispatched yet.
I tried to contact customer care exicutive of KOOVs serveral.They also behave very rude and not at all willing to compensiate for their fault.
They keep on arguing on the matter and threatened me inderectly that they cancel the order if i dont co-operate with them.
I need a justice and after i let them know that i will gonna launch a complain against this thing on forum, they replied with do what ever you feel like.we are not going to compensate on any thing.
I beg your attaintion on this.
