[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — fake promises by the company

My order id is 6084403. I returned a pair of footwear almost a month ago. I have called and mailed to you people thousands of times without receiving any solution for the same. Everytime the exucutive gives the false hope of the priority pickup and then the very next day we receive a text saying "pick-up cancelled". Please do something as soon as possible.
