[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — money not refunded yet | |||
My order id is 6029447. I returned a pair of shoes to koovs and it has been a month since i’ve returned it. I have called them almost 15 times for the same but havent got any solution. Please do something as soon as possible. This is very disappointing as a customer because it was earlier my favourite site to shop from but now i have lost my interest in koovs. Was this information helpful? | |||

Order id 6215549 The product was ordered on 2nd june 2019, due to some reason, returned on 12th june..The stuff is received in the koovs ware house...It has been too late for the refunds of the returned item, they are not doing quality check also...Please kindly consider my problem...want my refunds back as soon as possible.
