I had made a purchase on their website, and as part of the order i received a wrong product. Koovs has had an easy returns and exchange policy, and so when i went to register a return, to my surprise i saw that they have revoked the exchange policy. Now in normal circumstances this is fine, however if its not been communicated to customers how are they supposed to know that the return / exchange policy is revoked. Their homepage only highlights all their discount offers, but such a big change in policy is not addressed.
Anyway so i wrote to the team mentioning that i received a skirt instead of shorts which i have ordered, and their auto system has raised many tickets for the same but i have still not heard back. Even their customer care on call is not available. So now what am i supposed to do with the incorrect product that i got?? Was this information helpful? |
