[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — order in progress since 5 days. it is not dispatched yet

Order id - 7212430

I have ordered a (Overdyed) denim jacket and shoes on 20th december but the product is still in progress as it shows on the app.
I am not being able to know any update of the product.
Its almost been 5 days and the product is not dispatched yet!

Kindly look into this issue asap.
And try to update me with the current status of product.
