I had orded cushion quarter socks of rupess 595 on 21sth september 2019 and still haven’t received it, it just has been confirmed by koovs not even shipped or packed. And they are not even contacting me, nor is their customer service responding.
I really want them to send my order soon or else i’ll have to cancel order
