[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — product could not be delivered as the address was not valid

On june 27 i have raised an exchange request of my order no - 3841262 by placing an order of the larger size of peplum hem crop top from registered email id [protected]@gmail.com.
The executive has asked me to return the top through any reliable courier co. & so i did it via blue dart where i had to pay rs.120 for the parcel.
But till now the product could not reach your office. When enquired about the matter in dtdc, they said that the address was not valid. Therefore the parcel could not be delivered.
I thought i was the only one who have been through this situation but after goimg through the complaints i got to know that it is just hopeless.
It is seriously frustating to follow up for something for such long and receive negative replies.
Plz help me to solve my problem.

Maroof Nusrat Khan's response Compose Mail :- I would like to inform you that, i had ordered a shoes of size (UK-10/US-11) of order no:4027347 and date Aug 23, 17. which is not of my size. So I would like to replace it with size (UK-9/US-10).
