[Resolved]  Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — Product missing in my order

My order no 7493625 one product is missing. I have order 4 products only 3 received
The parcel was broken and resealed with tap i will attach the picture i have infrom the delivery man he told he have to responsibilty tell to koovs
This is how you do prepaid order customer. I need a reply? This will be the last time i purchase i[censored] dont reply
I have sent mail several times but you have not replying
