Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — Product not delivered after online payment.

So last month, 21 of july, i ordered 3 products (Clothes) from the online shopping app koovs for which i payed the price (₹1589) online. After some days (4th of june) the products arrived but the package only had 2 products and one was missing then i checked the app and it said “order confirmed” for the product which was missing from the package at first i thought the delay might be due to corona but after many days the product still says “order confirmed” so i started reporting this issue but none of the koovs representatives picked the calls for some time it said they were busy or they will only receive complaints through e-mails so i emailed them talking about this issue and they sent me the automated reply of with my complaint ticket number and it said that the representatives will get back to me in one day so i waited, now 5-6 days have passed already and they haven’t replied or my product hasn’t move a bit. Please help as i have already paid the price online. Thankyou.
