I have returned a product on 4th October and it’s 27th October and KOOVS hasn’t refunded my money back. There customer care number doesn’t exist and they aren’t even replying to emails. This is complete fraud behaviour and on their order history it shows refunded but the money hasn’t even come in my account. There is no way to get in touch with them.
