I placed an order on 15th April with Order id: K304707. I found the order is rejected on the Ekart website. No information from the KOOVS. Then I emailed KOOVS customer care and asked for my refund. Now, it's been months since I haven't received my refund. They replied with: You will get a refund when we get the product in our warehouse, which is clearly not my fault. Yet I've waited for it for a very long time.
