[Resolved] Koovs.com / Marble E-Retail — Refunded amount not received | |||||
Sir/ Madam, I have been requesting koovs.com since ages to submit a proof of the transaction of the refunded amount and all they sent me was a screenshot of the status of the product from their side, without even my name in it. I need a proper receipt of the transaction with proper details of the transaction ON THE RECEIPT so i can show it to the bank. I also submitted the bank statements to koovs when they asked me to and when i asked them for further proof from their side, they sent me a mere photograph which doesn't even have the details of the transaction.
